Beauty Blender Dupe?

RANTorRAVE - Real Techniqes Miracle Complexion Sponge!

I had toyed with various make up sponges in the past with little success. I tried the Models Own, which are egg shaped sponges that you use whilst wet. You get two in a pack, orange and pink. I found them really hard even when wet and difficult to use. Perhaps I will do a video on them when my channel is up and running.
I have stuck to my favourite brushes ever since!! My friend Jess and I were in Boots (Intu Chapelfield, Norwich) and she pointed out that she has used the Real Techniques Sponge and really loved it. She said a friend of hers had commented on how good her make up looked after using it. I was sold, this was £5.99 and I couldn't wait to try it out.
It's orange, and shaped as if the "fat" part of an egg has been sliced! So it has a flat part and rounded part, as well as the pointy bit for smaller areas. You use it wet like most others.
The first time I used it I found I was using a lot more product than usual. I can normally get away with a very small dab of foundation with my brush but this seemed to soak it up (it is a sponge after all!). I had read online that this could happen but that after some uses it would stop (which it has).
I didn't notice a massive difference right away, but  I've now been using it for just over a week and I'm head over heels in love!!
It works well for foundation and contouring as well. Once I've done my powder contour I'll go back over it with the sponge to blend it all in and it works wonders!

This gets a  #RAVE from me and I would definitely re purchase.
